First things first, Stable Diffusion is an open-source A.I. art generator used as a text-to-image model. Stable Diffusion allows developers to use the code and train your A.I. to create human-like graphics professionally. User can either run on Colab from Google or SageMaker from Amazon.

Another A.I. art generator that turns your lines of text into graphics is Midjourney — popularized with finer detailed and richer hyper-realistic images. At one point, Jason Allen won a prize at the Colorado State Fair in the digital artwork category 2022 for his A.I. generated art – Théâtre D’opéra Spatial.

Although DALL-E is the first successful A.I. art generator, they were not widely accessible, and many had to be on the waiting list till 28th September 2022, when DALL-E 2 announced the removal of the waitlist.

The training data of all these text-to-image generators is a machine that learns with millions of images uploaded online, then trains algorithms to identify patterns and relationships in those pictures and generate new ones similarly. Each text prompt results in algorithmic matches that the machine learns. Effectively the higher number of variables will create a much more unique and relevant output.

DALL-E co-founded by Elon Musk, Imagen by Google. There are many critics and copyright issues on the training data. On the other hand, it is to have new rules in place to allow the industrialization of art. We encourage the user to use it with the proper ethics.
